What You Should Be Doing
Unfortunately, none of these activities will help your business once we can go back to work. But now is the time to do the work tasks that you have put off for months…because you “didn’t have time!”
- Update your Listing Presentation
- Update your Buyer Presentation
- Refresh your profile on your social media sites
- Clean up and organize your contact list
- Finish writing your Marketing Plan
- Design new marketing materials
- Call Expired listings
- Call your Sphere of Influence
- Read books that will help you improve your business
Your Silver Lining
Regardless of the circumstances, it’s important to keep your pipeline full. Maybe you didn’t start the year off as strongly as you had hoped. Look at this as a reset. Working from home can be super productive, satisfying and fun. It’s fun making connections and filling your pipeline.
You can’t afford to waste this valuable time. In the face of this crisis, this can be your silver lining.
Whatever you do, don’t stop working! If you don’t do the work now, when the quarantines are lifted you won’t have any business to go back to. This is your opportunity to start paving the way to generating the revenue you desire and achieve your goals.
